CLARITY ACCENT / CLARITY SPEECH AND LANGUAGE TERMS OF USE

 

Welcome to Clarity Accent / Clarity Speech and Language Services! It is our pleasure to provide the services described below for your personal improvement in accordance with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you place an order with Clarity Accent / Clarity Speech and Language, then a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Clarity Accent or Clarity Speech and Languge. The terms of that contract are as set out here.

 

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites Clarity Accent and Clarity Speech and Language (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the services provided therein, including accent modification coaching and speech-language therapy services. By accessing or using our websites and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

     

    • Clarity Accent offers professional coaching services focused on accent modification and clear communication skills.
    • Clarity Speech and Language provides licensed speech-language therapy services to children and adults, delivered in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

    All services are by appointment only. No guarantees of results are implied, as outcomes may vary by individual.

       

      1. Eligibility

      You must be at least 18 years old to use these services, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent. Speech therapy services are provided only where permitted by licensure and state regulations.

      1. Appointment Scheduling and Payment

      Appointments are scheduled through third-party scheduling software. You may be required to provide personal information (e.g., name, email address, payment details) when booking.

      We use third party software to manage scheduling, which may collect certain data and set cookies to operate their services. By booking through our website, you agree to that third-party’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

      Payment terms will be displayed at the time of booking. Sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.

      1. Cancellations and Refunds

      We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

      In the event of a no-show, the session will be considered forfeited.

      1. Confidentiality and Privacy

      For speech therapy clients, all health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA where applicable. Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

      Accent coaching clients’ information is also treated confidentially, though it is not subject to HIPAA.

      1. Intellectual Property

      All content on this website, including written materials, session materials, videos, and branding, is the property of Clarity Accent and Clarity Speech and Language and may not be reproduced without permission.

      1. Limitation of Liability

      To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or websites.

      Speech-language therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. Coaching is not a medical service and should not be used as a substitute for clinical care or therapy.

      1. Changes to These Terms

      We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
